AVAILABILITY
The most common reason new clients give us for switching is a disappointment in the accessibility to their previous advisor. Our industry is a relationship oriented one, and trust is earned from being there to answer questions and concerns. We know how important your financial goals are to you and strive to meet and exceed your expectations for being comfortable in our plan. We do not charge for appointments and encourage them to put your mind at ease during a rough economic patch or to further clarify your goals.
AFFORDABILITY
The client-advisor relationship has to be beneficial to both parties and we feel that the cost structure at RFS should be as fair as possible. Sometimes, it seems as if our industry has gotten too expensive for the average person or family. We never want cost to prevent someone from pursuing professional advice. While each situation is unique, all client relationships are done with the goal of providing more benefit than cost.
OBJECTIVITY
We never want to be in a position where a particular product or company dictates our advice. Many firms have proprietary companies and relationships that may hinder objectivity. RFS partners with an independent broker dealer that places the same value on being objective as Jarad and his staff do. Rest assured that when meeting with our team, our only goal will be to put you in the best position to succeed. In addition, we are constantly meeting with companies to expand our knowledge about what we can offer.
